The evening starts at 6pm with a beverage, followed soon after by dinner and dessert. A number of pictures are shown of participants and teams during the year. Tickets are sold prior to the event and occasionally the dinner is sold out. The awards portion of the evening usually starts at 7:30pm and is open to all. There are perpetual trophies as well as representative trophies given out to individual winners, scoring champions and mvp’s as well as special awards.
